This page explains what information we collect on eventspys.fr, why, and how to exercise your rights (GDPR).

Information collected

• Quote and contact requests: name, email, phone, venue, location, date and description of the event, to answer your request and prepare a quote.
• Applications (artists, sales reps, tour managers): name, email, phone, area, town, links and message, to review your application, with your consent.
• Club Pro: email, name, venue, sector, phone and town, to send you our professional offers, with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Audience measurement: only with your consent, Google Analytics measures page views statistically.

Recipients

This information is for the Events Py's team only and passes through our technical providers: LWS (hosting, France), Google (email and Analytics) and Mailchimp (mailing lists, Intuit Inc., USA, under EU standard contractual clauses and the Data Privacy Framework).

Retention

Quote requests: 3 years after last contact. Applications: 2 years. Club Pro: until you unsubscribe. Analytics cookies: 13 months at most.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to eventspys@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France).
